Passport Photos and Body Piercings
Many clients have come to see us to remove their body piercings for a passport photo. This is not necessary. Some photographers will say that it is necessary and may refuse to do the photo but it is absolutely not the case. The only reason that they think this is that photos will be refused if there is glare in the photo and they are concerned that their camera will produce this.
You may need to insist and state that you will waive their warranty for the photo and as long as there is no glare (which we have never seen on ours) it will be fine.
