Not everyone can get a forward helix piercing due to anatomy. If you meet our age policy for this piercing, we need you to send us photos of your forward helix that are clear, well focused, and well lit from these angles:
- from the side, looking directly at the ear
- from the back towards the front, looking into the ear canal
