All people being pierced must provide legal government-issued identification. In the case of a minor, the parent must also bring identification. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment and forfeit of the deposit. We may make a copy of your ID when required to do so and we protect all client information.

Adults: Government-issued photo identification such as driver’s license, health card, passport.

Age 16 & 17: Government-issued photo identification such as driver’s license, health card, passport. A combination of government-issued identification such as health card and photo identification such as a student card or metro card.

Age 15 and under: Government-issued photo identification where possible or a combination of government-issued identification such as health card and photo identification such as a student card or metro card, if available. The parent accompanying their child must bring government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, health card, or passport.

Deposits, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Due to our high volume, we prefer to work by appointment. While we will accept walk-ins if we can, booked appointments are always given the priority.

We take a $50 per piercing deposit for all appointments. Deposits are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or used toward a jewelry piece.

We commit the time to you for your appointment and refuse other business for that time slot. Your deposit is your promise to us to arrive for your appointment and proof that you have decided that you want a piercing. If you change your mind and no longer want a piercing your deposit will be forfeited as we are not responsible for your change of heart.

Your deposit is forfeited if:

  • You do not appear for your appointment
  • You cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving at least 2 business days notice
  • You arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment
  • You book an appointment for several piercings and they change your mind and want less.

Cancellations and rescheduling can only be made by contacting the studio at 514-903-2242 during our business hours, all other forms of communication are not appropriate for cancellations.

Lateness

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will take the next appointment and you will lose your deposit.

Sobriety

You must not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs when you arrive at the studio for your appointment. If you are, your appointment will be canceled, and you will lose your deposit.

Health

You must be in good health when you receive your piercing. If you are sick the day before or the day of your appointment, please call our receptionist as soon as possible. Whether it is the start or end of your illness, you should wait until you are in perfect health to receive a piercing. If you arrive at the studio and you are sick, your appointment will be cancelled, and you may lose your deposit.

Company

While you are welcome to bring a friend or loved one to your appointment to help with jewelry choices, we do not allow anyone else in the piercing room except our piercing staff and the client.  The only exceptions is 1 parent of a minor child.
