I understand and agree that deposits are not refundable and not transferable to another person or jewelry piece.

Multiple piercings booked and all piercings not completed *

I understand and agree that if I make a deposit for more than one piercing and if I (or my child) decides to not go through with the full number of piercings booked in the appointment (cost, fear, etc.) that I will forfeit the deposit for the remaining piercings not completed.

Rescheduling stipulations *

I understand and agree that if I need to reschedule my appointment, Mauve requires a minimum of 2 business days notice by telephone to do so. Cancellations or rescheduling can only be made by contacting the studio at 514-903-2242 during Mauve’s business hours. If not, I will forfeit my deposit.

Acceptable contact procedure *

I understand that emailing the studio, Facebook messages to the studio, or any other form of communication that is not contacting the studio at the phone number during business hours will not be considered appropriate notice for a cancellation or reschedule, regardless of the amount of advance notice.
